This morning, I hand a small case of overexertion from sprinting too fast. You know what happened because of that? Think about the aftermath of setting a PB for a beep test and you'll get it pretty quickly (no images).
School was actually quite boring and nondescript, besides having Ms. Retsalbra replace the 'beef of the sea' for English.
Walking, and we did some long winded route to Stocklands involving Roxborough Rd and Old Northern. Upon arrival, I espy one Filewoodo (lol) closely followed by Ms Nadirehs (to no surprise). Besides this, and an unsuccessful sales pitch on 'individual' Maxibons, walking was quite uneventful as well.
In conclusion, this week is pretty boring (so is this post), which kinda adds to the hype of next weeks camp, so I guess it's all good. Oh, and we have a PD assignment due Friday, and Ms Sniknej for double CO tomorrow.
