Checklist

To bring for tomorrow:
  • All relevant paperwork
  • Food of an edible yet delicious sort
  • Money
  • Multitools (¿incendiara bomba que?)
  • Emergency GPS
  • Netbook + textbooks (in case I get really bored / need to cram for next week)
And that's probably all I need to bring for this.

As for assignments and such (week 6):

Speaking task instructions
You are required to present a 1-2 minute speech (in preparation for the whole-grade speaking assessment at the end of this term) to the class which compares and contrasts 'One Night the Moon' and 'The Chant of Jimmie Blacksmith' in relation to a specific aspect.
You may choose an aspect to focus on, e.g: discovery, theme(s), context, language features, structure, character etc.
You will present your speech to the class in Week 6 (after work experience).
  • NTS: To what extent does the time in which composers live influence their response to colonisation and Australian national identity? Discuss with reference to the TWO texts. How is the concept of discovery associates with these ideas?
  • Also, a geography task regarding Foreign aid in regards to Australia and associated NGOs
  • NCSS ASAP during work experience week
  • Any outstanding English work (doubtful)
  • Physics and Biology NQE prep (a.k.a. mass cram)
For week 7 and onwards:
  • Chemistry NQE
  • PD assignment on individual empowerment
  • grade-wide speaking task (near end of term, English)
Leave this list for later.

-----

There's now 9 different people who are on the leaderboard from our school, only 1 of the remainder is accounted for, hurry up! (free answers now at this stage)

Have fun at work experience!
