Speeeeed

Apparently telling myself to do something soon results in me not doing it, yet telling myself to do said task actually works (in that I don't do anything). Seriously have to learn how to not procrastinate.
To those who don't know (probably a lot of people) R-Unfit is now on Monday and Thursday mornings, which means I tomorrow I will have early morning interval training (oh man the tiredness), followed by IST (argh darn fruit ninjas), maths+english (profit?), and handicapped softball, where I'm in an admittedly mediocre team which is probably going to get beaten because of bad outfielders, etc.

Instead of doing actual work, I've been experimenting with LaTeX, which is basically a typesetting system/program which purportedly makes really nice, elegant documents for when you need it to actually look decent e.g. journal articles, PhD major works. Apparently self-design using word processors sucks because most people don't know how to beatify (make asthetically pleasing, or more readable) documents. Anyways, it does work quite nicely, and I'll stop my technocratic (?) musings now.

NaNoWriMo ideas are still lacking, and this isn't really helping. Perhaps some remote references to a bunch of dreams as a story basis could work (heck, someone did that for their year 11 assessment task), but I've no idea how I could use that to create an interesting 50,000 word novel -_-

This actual blogpost is sort of training for NaNoWriMo, in that I'm typing really fast (a teacher once called it a train of thought), and getting used to typing a lot of words every day. Espect a bunch of typographical errors in this post since I don't have time to proof-read.

Basically I'm using a program (uh-oh) to type this in relative isolation from things like Facebook, Blogger (lolwut), etc. And it works :D

So yes, I've gone past 313 words in less than 15 minutes which is good, I could do NaNoWriMo for a bit less than 2 hours a day. For some reason my alarm still hasn't gone off for this, so time for some random technical musings.

Integration by parts: potentially confusing for beginners, although possibly easier than proving AM-GM inequality by induction, but really annoying for things such as compounded trig -_-

Woot, alarm has gone off at 376 words, this concept better work starting November. Also, résumé, this is the best job description compared with pay (nvm that it's casual) that I've seen in ages.

PS: Harvard teach me 4U maths please :O
Word count: 416
