Anniversary

Change of plans: I'm gonna wake up early on a weekend for once to help out, anyone want come join? 27th of June (Sunday) I think it was. Actually, check here: http://www.facebook.com/?ref=logo#!/event.php?eid=111027332269145 (not hyperlinked for privacy reasons)

Runoffs are almost certainly tomorrow pending weather, since there's almost no time left. Come watch 'back' oval lunchtime, 400 and 800m, although be prepared to be disappointed, as most other people/competitors aren't aware this event is occurring. Slightly bad timing, because Physics tutoring is on at the same time.

Injections - still somewhat painful, although it's hardly noticeable now. Unless somewhat happens to elbow my deltoids >_< Also, temporary black out at school, everyone's going "argh can't see, where's my Internet"

Oh crap, group is waiting on some data for geo task and it's due tomorrow HASTE, Z-RUSH, DR KAWASHIMA'S BRAIN TRAINING (hmm...)

Not finished, but meh. Now, here's something a little extreme:

Another important part of basic conditioning is drown-proofing. In this evolution, trainees must learn to swim with both their hands and their feet bound. To pass drown-proofing, trainees enter a 9-foot-deep pool and complete the following steps with their hands and feet tied:
  1. bob for 5 minutes
  2. float for 5 minutes
  3. swim 100 meters
  4. bob for 2 minutes
  5. do some forward and backward flips
  6. swim to the bottom of the pool and retrieve an object with their teeth
  7. return to the surface and bob five more times
followed by:
The fourth week of Basic Conditioning is known as Hell Week. This is when students train for five days and five nights solid with a maximum total of four hours of sleep.
But before that:
  • Pass a stringent physical screening test that includes the following procedure:

    1. swim 500 yards in 12.5 minutes or less, followed by a 10-minute rest
    2. do 42 push-ups in under two minutes, followed by a two-minute rest
    3. do 50 sit-ups in under two minutes, followed by a two-minute rest
    4. do six pull-ups, followed by a 10-minute rest
    5. run 1.5 miles in boots and long pants in less than 11.5 minutes
YEAH, LETS DO THIS! Just kidding, it's worse than almost everything. I mean this > Everest > Kokoda x2 >> City2Surf x5 (And to think that they say the US is the (1st/2nd) fattest/heaviest/most obese nation in the world, no offense...)
