Don't go there or threaten anyone to go there. Especially if you're in and German/Polish/Yiddish speaking country.
English was admittedly bad. The questions were actually quite similar to those of the UNSW competition papers, and according to some teachers, the year 9 paper is harder than the actual SC for English. I am not proud to say that I did not get to the points for the extended response, so I'll leave it at that.
History and Science is tomorrow. Never been quite good at history, and I need to ace the Science test to get a good mark (85-90 range). Does anyone have any good history notes for sharing?
Oh, and there's a good site on Ancient, Modern, Extension History as well as PDHPE (this guy got on the '09 honours roll down at A-Block): Andy's magical downloads :)
Finally (for now), a little something called insanity, it may inspire (or confuse): Faeries Aire and Death Waltz
------------
I've finally gotten hold of the results for the zone cross country! Sadly, 16 boys didn't make school team for us, our age group went a bit like this: 4/5/6th (some y11), 12, 13, 14, 15, 20, 22, 25. Random note, Alex Yip (hey, I know that guy) came 10th and didn't make region/area. I came 25th out of about 50 :( Still, our school was second overall, so it's ok, I guess.
New directive: screw history, cram science. Well, not literally.
