Apparently, people keep ticking the 'Huh?' option for virtually every post I make, so I'm gonna change that later into something a little more... fun?
Blogs are a type of medium used by those living on the interwebs or blogosphere as an output of various 'information' such as personal thoughts, opinions, factual information, stories, etc. People appear to be varying from being quite personal on their blogs to almost completely compartmentalising their usual daily lives and portraying a writer-character which is unique. Anyhow, what I post on this blog is quite atypical (a- being a negative prefix) of what I normally seem like to others in my opinion, as many of you should probably know (if you don't, I'd advise you to get off this site 'afore the police are summoned). Although, that's not usually a bad thing...

I think there are some things that we haven't done for Commerce yet... what is redundancy and retraining? Outsourcing? Piecework? Uh-oh, I've got next to nothing on employment relations...
