Nooooo, should have learnt how to play Happy Birthday for yesterday :S
Maths test was not actually that easy, there were those problem solving ones, some obscure question involving the relation of similar shapes/solids, and on one of them I forgot about the sine rule :( Still, not too bad, and something must be wrong when random songs pop up in one's head halfway through an exam...
Squash. Actually went home first, then I ran there (and back later), first via stocklands, later via the Northern (the traffic isn't that bad anymore). Only managed to play two games, and the whole thing is surprisingly empty. Thing is, all the year 8/9s were playing basketball(?), another group studying for English, then a few people playing somewhat crazily.
If any of you are going to cross that road, remember: there's only a 20 second gap every 5 minutes.
QUOTES. MUST OBTAIN! I don't think I can commit more than 5 quotes to memory in a day... at least this time it's worth only half the exam itself (a very good thing).
For the short film essay, I actually did not do a single practice essay (no joke), but I got 16/20 anyways.
Actually, the concept of memorising a practice essay seems counterintuitive, as opposed to remembering key points (like I did). I've got nothing on techniques, context, and some other stuff right now. Only a few themes. Any help would be appreciated :O
'Maths was not that easy'- I know right.
ReplyDeleteactually, it says "nevermore"
ReplyDeleteWhoops, I originally thought it would be too long to include that/ I was gonna link the title to the intro.
ReplyDeleteWhat am I saying, too much Engrish!
