Equus

What sort of flowers should be bought for mother's day? I saw some guy using our school bus bay as a sort of drive-thru flower shop, how crafty of him :O

Yay for continuous running. Nay to high levels of discomfort and pain arising from what I guess to be plantar fasciitis T_T. Anyhow, I saw someone (not a police officer I think) riding a horse on a pathway... what's a horse doing there? The run ended up taking 40 minutes, and by the time it finished the sun had already set and I was probably a thousand grams lighter at that stage. JM, KEEP ON GOING! THIS INCLUDES JIM LASON AND RL, although a 25 min jog is sufficient according to some teachers...

The body uses three primary energy systems, which are divided into two categories, anaerobic and aerobic. Aerobic system is used for light to medium level activity, such as jogging, and is typically performed between 60-70% HR, and sometimes lower for recovery or as a warm up. Under the anaerobic categories comes two systems: ATP/PC and the Lactic Acid System (aka anaerobic system). ATP/PC consists of the conversion of Creatine Phosphate into Adenosine Triphosphate when muscles contract. It lasts up to 10 seconds and the primary system utilised in very high intesity activity, e.g. 100m sprint. The lactic acid system relies on the conversion of glycogen into usable glucose, which is then broken down into lactic acid to provide energy. However, lactic acid and free ions have a detrimental effect on performance overtime and so this is not used for extended periods of time (maximum 2 minutes). Finally, the aerobic system works over long periods of time, and makes up the largest energy resource for long duration activity and theoretically lasts without forever, given sufficient resupply of energy through ingested food.

Wth at above, boredom? (h=heck, H=Hydrogen) Btw, this is stuff I remember mostly from PASS and reading books.

So I heard Goldfinger is on Seven soon. Go Sean Connery!

Did not actually get to watch Goldfinger, because my mum is watching DVDs (I swear she's watch 10x what I have in my life). Eh, well. Happy Mother's Day. :D
